We spend a lot of time searching for and stocking high quality fabrics and sewing supplies. We only stock what we love to sew and we want you to be delighted with what you buy from us.
FABRICS: Please note that fabrics are sold as bespoke items (ie we cut them to your requested size), so we are unable to exchange these if you change your mind. If colour, weight and texture are important for your purchase, we recommend you order a sample piece prior to committing to a project length of fabric. While we do our best to accurately represent the colour of our fabrics, please note that all monitors, screens and devices show colours differently.
If, however, you receive faulty or damaged fabric, please get in touch and we will gladly arrange a suitable remedy.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of non-fabric items you may return it for a refund. We will refund the amount of your purchase (which includes the shipping cost of your order). You will, however, be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging and returns must be received within 15 working days of delivery.
Except where goods are returned due to fault or damage, we retain a small $1 processing fee on returns.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.

LOST + DAMAGED ORDERSAll parcels are wrapped to minimise the risk of loss or damage. However, if you receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss your options. We want to make sure you are absolutely delighted with your Gingham Studio products. All parcels are covered for damage and loss during transit, however once delivered we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
